A Note From Kennedi:
Hello Everyone! I am Kennedi Wood.
I am happily married to my husband, Alan. He and I both attend Geneva Worship Center, where we serve on the Worship Team. He also serves as a deacon. We love serving our church in many areas and are very family-oriented. We cherish family time and enjoy spending most of our time with loved ones.
My favorite color is pink, and I love pasta and shopping! Teaching is my passion.
I will strive to create a joyful, Christian, fun, loving, and engaging classroom where learning is both fun and meaningful. I can’t wait to meet all of my students and their families! What a blessing it is to be a part of this wonderful community and school in Geneva!

Hello! I am Shannon Grizzell, Administrator of GCA.
I am happily married to Kenny. We have been married 21 years, blessed with 3 beautiful children, Kennedi, Kadyn, Kris, and a son in love, Alan. Our family attends Geneva Worship Center, where we are very active in ministry. I am also the secretary/treasurer of Geneva Worship Center.
I was born and raised in Elba, AL. I currently homeschool our 2 boys, who will begin 12th and 9th grades this year. Our daughter graduated in 2024.
In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my family, working in the church, or cooking for my family and friends. My passion is serving others, and striving to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I also have a love for children of all ages. I help with our youth group as often as possible. And my home is always open to the youth! I look forward to seeing what God has in store for everyone at GCA.
I pray that my life brings nothing but glory to the Father, of Whom all glory is due. Without Him, I am nothing.
I am excited to get this school year started and to meet all of the new babies!
